Banking Professional (SA) - BP (SA) This is a 12-month membership This membership is for individuals only The BP (SA) is awarded to practitioners who have just started working within the banking environment and would like to pursue a career in banking. Roles include and are not limited to Universal Banker, Teller, Administrator, Data analyst and entry level specialist roles. Roles are non-complex, low risk and would be governed by supervisory oversight. Underlying Registered Qualification or Part Qualification: A minimum of NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent in financial services or related industries. Experiential Learning or Experience: Minimum one year work experience in Banking environment. The following documents must be submitted for the evaluation: Curriculum vitae Certified ID Certified copy of qualifications Signed Code of ethical Conduct Designation RPL Statement: This Designation may be awarded through Recognition of Prior Learning. RETAINING CRITERIA: In order to ensure the currency of professional knowledge and to retain the Professional Designation, the professional must comply with the following minimum requirements: Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to the Professional Body Codes of Conduct and Ethics. Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Members are required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of relevant, verifiable CPD activities in a reporting cycle.
